Consultation

Before we conduct an investigation, we consult with the client to identify the specific complaint, the individuals involved, and any additional issues.  

Document 
Review

We research, review, and analyze all related documents including the complaint, policies and procedures, employee statements, 
applicable laws.   

Interviews

We interview all parties in a structured, formal manner using established investigative techniques.

Consultation

After our interviews are completed and any additional  research undertaken, we consult with the client to discuss our findings and 
recommendations.

Report

We complete and provide to the client a comprehensive written report of our findings.
