Ideal Candidate Profile

In consultation with our client, we will develop an ideal candidate profile including desired competencies and qualifications as well as expected cultural fit.

Marketing Materials

We will develop the recruitment brochure and other marketing materials listing key information about the position and the organization.

Search

Using our extensive personal network of professionals, national databases, and appropriate job boards, we will search for the ideal candidates.

Screening of Applicants

We will pre-screen applicants including 1 on 1 interviews to ensure the most qualified candidates are presented to our client.

Presentation of Recommended Candidates

Our client will be presented with resumes and pre-screening information for each recommended candidate.

Selection Process

We assist our clients in developing and administering the appropriate

selection tools which may include interviews, written exercises, public presentations, stakeholder meetings.

Offer and Negotiations

After our client selects the candidate to be appointed, we assist in making the job offer and negotiating the contract.

Goal Setting and Evaluation

Once the candidate is appointed, we assist in the goal setting process and future performance evaluations of the executive.
